01 / THE LOCAL PICTURE

Get a feel
for the neighbourhood.

The Orchard is an east Burlington community south of Dundas Street, with residential streets and local green spaces. Its position gives you access to the Appleby and Upper Middle Road corridors.

Townhomes and detached homes provide different layout and maintenance choices. Check the walking route to parks and schools, along with the road connections you will use each week. The feel of a quiet interior street can differ from a home beside a busier edge.

03 / SCHOOLS & YOUR ADDRESS

A starting point
for your school search.

These schools are local research starting points. They are not a confirmed catchment list for every home in The Orchard.

Check the exact address before deciding.

School assignments depend on the property address, grade, program, and current board boundaries. Enrolment, French Immersion, transportation, and temporary redirections should be confirmed directly with the relevant board.

School names and links checked against the HDSB directory in October 2026. Catholic school options can be checked through the HCDSB finder above.
