Choose the neighbourhood for the life you actually live.
A weekend visit is a start. Your everyday routine tells you more.

I love a good café recommendation. But choosing a neighbourhood takes more than finding somewhere lovely for Saturday brunch.
Picture an ordinary Tuesday. Where do you need to be in the morning? Who needs a lift? How does the school run fit around work? Which errands would you like to do on foot, and which ones are you happy to drive for?
Try that routine in the places you are considering. Walk a few streets, visit at different times and test the journey you expect to make regularly. A listing can show you the rooms. It cannot live your weekday for you.
If schools are part of your decision, confirm the current boundaries and program eligibility for the exact address with the relevant school board. Do not rely on a neighbourhood label or an old listing.
The right place is personal. My job is to help you ask better questions, compare the trade-offs and find the neighbourhood that fits the way you want to live.
